When I saw this Frazz strip a couple weeks back I thought for sure that Jeff Mallet had based frazz on my life. At first it was the songwriter/triathlete. Than the pattern tan.

So, today I went to the pool and decided I would relax after my swim. I read Mallet's column in INSIDE TRIATHLON and caught some rays.

Charlie, I'd certainly like to hit the headlands for some swimming. Another newbie friend of mine would more than likely be in, and possibly his wife. Maybe a spin of the bike course afterwards? This Sunday? Next? Let me know when you're free.
I'm in for Sunday. I think the others are in a soccer league Sunday evenings, however. What sort of workout do you have planned?? It is a recovery week for me. I'm up for brickin' but will be going pretty easy on any run or bike. I suppose I could meet you just off 271?? I have no problem with driving into coventry or picking you up from AJ Rocco's either. Let me know.
